NWM 300/500/800/1200 HV coil winding machine:
NWM 300/500/800/1200 Coil Winding Machine is ideal for winding distribution transformer coils, reactor coils and similar process coils. This equipment realizes automatic insulation winding between layers.
The Machine is designed with a powerful one spindle floor standing coil winding machine with color touch screen precision servomotor drive. The winding machine is robustly constructed in heavy rigid powder coated MS frame structure, with powder coated covers and is provided with fixture special shaft ball screw with LM guide mechanism guider system and foot pedal.
The applications of this machine include the manufacture of power distribution transformers, typically in the range of more then 10 KVA.
Data storage is on a standard SD card, providing a quick and simple method of backing up programs on a PC. (Optional)
Machine Design
The Automatic HV - LV coil winding machines are designed with a robotic welded steel structure to accommodate all controls and components. The machine can be divided into four major systems which further can be separated into subunits as mentioned below:

Basic frame structure
The basic frame structure is consisting of heavy rigid square pipe for
giving strength to machine. It give support to Guide assembly and spindle assembly
fitted with basic frame and also covered with powder coated covers
Guide assembly Section
The Guide (assembly) section consists with high accuracy ball screw
with LM guide and rail mechanism. It also contains guide plate and wire guide
pulleys. This mechanism gives linear guide to wire.
Spindle assembly Section
The spindle assembly section contains units like bearing hub, main
spindle and operating switches plate with HMI pendant. This assembly rotates bobbin
on which wire to be wind.
Control unit :
Machine control unit consist of panel unit and HMI touch screen. The
colour touch screen provides a simple programming system, on-screen help, allowing
even the most complex windings to be programmed in short periods of time. A foot
pedal is provided so that the operator can control the machine manually if required.
The particular Manual Mode buttons allows operator to perform guide and spindle
motion, User can access machine in manual forward-reverse button for guide and
winder by jog speed and automatic mode by auto start button.
